UNFAIR LABOR PRACTICES UNDER INVESTIGATION AT KATERRA​

1.)  1-31-2020 NLRB 32-CA-255575 Threatened and discharged Anthony Campbell for union shirt.
 
2.)  2-13-2020 NLRB 32-CA- 256374 Telling a worker Anthony Campbell was fired for wearing a union shirt.
 
3.)  4-23-2020 NLRB 32-CA-259553 Permitting a worker who overloaded a saw and caused a fire to continue working while terminating Anthony Campbell for less severe incident on the first day he wore a union shirt.
 
4.)  4-23-2020 NLRB 32-CA-259574 A supervisor/Lead employee told a worker that management does not want employees who were union shirts to move up in the company and interrogated the worker about their union shirt.
 
5.)  5-13-2020 NLRB 32-CA-260388 Blackballing Anthony Campbell from employment at another manufacturing facility in the Tracy area.
 
6.)  6-4-2020 NLRB 32-CA-261227 ​Surveilling and discriminating against Angela Seamas by discharging her for running out of sick leave and by not applying the same standards to employees who do not wear Union shirts or participate in other Union activity.
 
7.)  6-11-2020 NLRB 32-CA-261576 Discharge Darren Glassman after he complained to his supervisor’s boss about working conditions and refusing to be baited by supervisor’s discriminatory behavior.
 
8.)  6-19-2020 NLRB 32-CA-261950 Security guard told workers they could not engage in protected concerted activity at the entrance to the facility where the public is invited after their shift ended.
 
9.)  6-22-2020 NLRB 32-CA-262040 Walking Randy Payan off the work site for missing work and claiming he did not let management know, when he did what he was told to do which was to text his lead.
 
10.)  6-24-2020 NLRB 32-CA-262138 Barring photos of workers in union shirts on the slide show displayed on the big screen as one walks into the building.
 
11.) 7-1-2020 NLRB 32-CA-262537 Threatening, interrogating, coercing, applying heightened scrutiny, engaging in surveillance, and/or threatening plant closure, to employees, including temporary employees, regarding their Union activity, including wearing Katerra Union Yes shirts.
 
12.)  7-24-2020 NLRB 32-CA-263592 Telling a worker she could not wear hoop earrings as a safety issue when workers who do not wear union shirts and supervisors are allowed to wear much larger decorative items.
 
13.) 8-28-2020 NLRB 32-CA-265354 Discharging Xavier Mendoza in retaliation for protected concerted activity.
 
14.)  9-16-2020 NLRB 32-CA-266233 Discharging Antonio Acevedo.
